NURS FPX 4905 Assessment 1 is the first and one of the most important assignments in the BSN Capstone course. This assessment requires nursing students to identify a real clinical or organizational issue in their current or past workplace. It sets the stage for the entire capstone project by encouraging students to explore relevant problems such as patient safety concerns, ineffective communication, or lack of evidence-based practice implementation.
